I am a older person and clueless with computer technology. Last week my computer crashed and unfortunately I had not backed up my data for several years. All my tech friends said it is highly unlikely the data could be recovered. Michael Radek from Computer Systems Services was not only able to recover my data he installed a new SSD into my daughter's older computer and loaded all my data. He then delivered the computer, set it up, connected my printer and made sure all my favorite websites were easily accessed, my email working and that I was satisfied. He could have taken advantage but completed all the work for a very reasonable price. Michael is very professional, personable and trustworthy. AWESOME experience with Michael! My laptop crashed last evening after trying to upgrade my RAM. The SSD C drive fried. Angi's list connected me up with Michael from Computer Systems Services, who called me and drove to my home immediately. He tested my machine, diagnosed the problem, and took it back to his shop to fix. He adjusted the BIOS to work with the new RAM (32 GB), installed an upgraded SSD drive (5 GB), re-installed the OS, and tweaked my system to be as fast, sleek, and powerful as possible. He had it all done by this morning! When I went to pick it up, he sat with me for an hour and explained everything he did and why. He answered all of my questions and even gave great suggestions on how to improve my workflow for my photography editing. He was extremely patient, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I am blown away by the services he provided to me. Worth every penny! He will now be my go-to guru for all of my computer needs in the future! Thanks Michael!
